- Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping
damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any
shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages
beyond this point.
- You must mail us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by email.
Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you
send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your
shipment.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by us.
any items returned in packaging other than the original packaging will
be refused.
- However, we can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where
that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting
that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.
1) If my return is confirmed defective
or damaged, may I ask for a refund instead of a replacement?
No, we will only arrange to prepare and ship a replacement
for the original returned item instead of arranging a refund. However,
if, in case, we are not able to provide a replacement of the original
return item for any reasons, we will arrange to refund the item price

2) If the replacement is still defective,
what shall I do?
We guarantee that the condition of all replacements must have been verified
and confirmed in good conditions before we send out. No further replacement
will be arranged

your instructions. The beauty of natural stone lies in the almost unlimited
variations and diversities. If you walk into any tile showroom, you will
see so many versions of the same color. Therefore once you decided on
your choice of colours and pattern it will be made specially for you and
we cannot accept return. However, when you receive our products and it
is damaged then please contact
